I’ve just been sent this link on a development 2.0 manifesto, let’s see how many of these we achieve in Nodes of Growth.
- Think business models, not only cool applications.
- Free your data.
- Fight the not invented here syndrome.
- Think “real simple” business processes, from fundraising to reporting.
- Lower cost of failure.
- Fewer “lessons learned” documents, more open conversations about failures.
- Embrace transparency.
- What you don’t have resources to do, others might jump at.
- Value (and plan for) conversations with your constituencies, at all levels.
- Plan for serendipity.
- Think about the full circle.
- Cast a wide net.
- Go beyond polished documents. Think visual
